Any old rr tracks close by? Looks like something that would hold a fuel/oil tank for refueling.

No old train tracks or markers at all.
We got up close but it is only made of concrete and not much else. We did not see any writing indicating what it used to be used for at all. I have never seen anything like it.
The only thing I can say is that we found it by a couple sewer ponds and some wet lands.

Is it wide enough that a truck could fit under? Looks like a two bay coal tipple if so. Can't tell scale from the pics. If not, it was likely a tank support.

As for the size it does not appear to be wide enough to fit a truck under. The area might have been stripped at one time so mining could be the answer.
