how much % off for an R-title

i have a chance to buy back my old 95 mustang. V6...modded nicely. only thing changed since i sold it in 04...was the addition of smoked head lights and flowmaster mufflers. i really want it back. i bought it wrecked and rebuilt it and painted.

i sold it for $4700. guy who owns it now....said he had never thought of selling it...but if i wanted it he would sell to me for $3600 (what he has in it) KBB says high book is $3200.....

what should i do...as i want this one back.

here is a crappy vid clip of my first burnout. LOL be easy on me.

you dont understand what this car means to me.

    1. my first stang ever

    2. my dad and i tore it apart a few times and rebuilt it

    3. my dads friend painted it for me

    4. my dad and i did 95% of all mods to it.

it means a lot to me. in fact the day i sold it was ironically the day i was supposed to go get my 351 from a 95 L.
i about cried seeing it drive away.

Well if you felt that way when you got rid of it, guess your mind is already made up. Personally, I wouldn't give more than $750 for it. To me, it's just a worthless V6 car.

    Again, my

OK, that a meaningless list of mods. It's still a 130 RWHP turd.

That's ALOT of money for a body that still needs the V8, Tranny and Rear. Plus you'll still need all the correct wiring, exhaust and electronics. All I'm saying is save the cash you'll be WAY overpaying for it and just buy the V8 car to start with.

I agree with Ed the money you still have to put into it is gonna add up fast,I know it has sentimental value but that's way more than the car is worth. I do like Brians idea of the ls1 buy a coupe and I'm sure he could get you everything you need.

Take the sentimental value and :dumping: it out like the "X" before you go and buy a car you won't be happy with till you spend ALOT more money on it.
