anyone remeber 03 cobra diecast replica engines?

anyone remember a few years back a company made a scale replica of an 03 cobra motor?
It was diescast i believe with clear plastic sections. you could turn a crank and make the insides of the enigine turn?

any idea on what company made them and how much are they worth?

the are pretty expensive now

they usually pop up on ebay every so often

i have seen them go for over $500 easy

can't remember who makes it, mingry03 has one

Saw one about a month back on svtp go for $500 seems too much to pay for a diecast even if they are rare

I have the 2001 and the 2003 1/4 scales engines. They sell for well over $500 each now because they were both in limited production and never released to the public. The one I bought was given to a high up at Ford and he turned around and sold it. The other one I was very lucky to find but I dont have the back story on it. Both engine are mint and have all paper work and boxes. If you have any questions about them feel free to ask.

I my consider selling them as a package if the price it right.

i have a relative who won one at an automotive tool show or something.
i saw it over the summertime.
last i checked they still had it and did want to sell, i never had any interest in it, but just bought an 03 cobra so may try and pick it up now.

I purchased mine on ebay a few years back for $350.00. I have also seen them on ebay go for as high of $1,200.00. I guess it depends on who really wants it. The average price is around $550.00 to $650.00 on ebay. The box mine came in does not list who made it. I know it took awhile to find one but I was told at one point that Helm Inc. had them made.

Its a neat collectable. I have one on each side of my TV and everyone that has been to my place says something about them.

I just need to find a twin screw and a tubo kit for them now. lol
