I'm trying to figure it out too. It doesn't say "hellraiser" so I'm hesitant to say it is... but it seems like it is with the way they mention compounding boost.

I would love to see an upclose shot of the oil scavenging. The oil is frothy when it comes out of the turbo and it didn't look like there was a very big holding area to let it liquify to be pumped back to the engine.

Well they have been playing with the older cars longer. So its just a matter of time.

Compound give the car more low end but the all out HP guys are running straight turbos. The new kenne bell mammoth is over 700rwhp on a 03-04 cobra too. (I heard 800 but I cant find a video)

    Things just keep getting better!!

I think thats just due to the GT500's weaker rods. It is nice how the Terminators got quality Manley forged rods.

It's weight really depends on the stereo, shaker 1000 is the 3920 lb weight that gets quoted, and the non shaker 1k weights something like 3850? I can't find the post that Bruce made on SVTP where he put his on the scales but I think it was 3791 lbs completely stock with different rims.

The GT500 rods don't like RPM or cyl pressure from what I understand. If you're making a lot of power, you normally want to limit the motor to ~6000 rpm.

With that said, I think you can hit 7xx rwhp with just a KB 2.8H

Hellion Power Systems' Twin Turbo GT500 on the dyno. This is with a totally stock engine, no bolt ons, with the base system, and low boost - 8.5 psi from the turbos, 16.5 psi total (system is compounded). This is on 91 octane pump gas with a conservative tune.

ya, but Hellion makes single and twin turbo systems, they call their TT + S/C set up the "hellraiser" which is why I was curious. I didn't know if they meant 8.5 psi from each turbo or something and just had bad math skills. If they can't market the product by name, I'm not about to presume their math to be accurate

You really don't get boost from each turbo. Twin turbos are designed for quicker spooling. Your adjusted boost limit is what it is with a single or twin turbo.

That is true but I think the point is that they did it on 91 pump gas with only 16psi. I dont think a KB will get those numbers in that situation.

I have been reading about this stuff for months now and I still cant figure out what way I want to go. The oiling systems on the turbo kits look pieced together to me. I dont think anyone has found the "perfect setup" yet because every kit I see has something different.

With the turbos that low in the GT500 they better be using an electric pump and a catch tank of some kind or the oil is going to sit in them and cook.

For whatever reason it seems like all the turbo terminators I've seen smoke a bit. That's shitty. Love the way they sound though haha

That would be the oiling issue I was talking about. Some kits have trouble draining the oil back to the engine and slightly over pressurize the tubos causing the seals to leak.
