Im going to I owed 17,100 on the car insurance only paid 12,100 so I still owe 5,000 so I have to sue him.

that sucks, i wish you the best of luck. i hope if you are successful with legal action you can actually get some of your money. i deal with it everyday trying to get blood from a stone dealing with losers.

if the guy is in his 40's driving his moms car with no license, chances are he is a turd. hopefully he'll do a little jail time out of the DUI
