sorry to see that, we made it out with just a looooonnngg power outage. i was frozen when i woke up this morning.

i know what hes talking about. it will never as powerful as a hurricane but its the same motion because of the set up of the high and low pressures. high pressure moves air clockwise and low counterclockwise so it created the twisting hurricane effect

(i know im a dork, i took a meteorology class in college)

Here is some damage that we got last night. My Dad's 1958 Chevy truck smashed by a giant pine tree.
    Sorry to hear about that.

I thought this was a good idea, but wouldn't it be less work for the mod's to only tag the sane ones????
Well then the is all done. lol

See I knew I wasnt' that crazy! Good ta see it comin from someone who took meteorology classes in college, and knows what up!

thanks for the offer, i am not that brave to climb up on that 10/12 pitch roof though.
i had someone out friday-its patched. looks like total ass with the color differance though.
i have another area on the front where they were flapping.
once the weather warms up it'll be fixed the right way. thinking the whole fronts getting changed.

NiiiCe, some proof and some terminology for them!!! Click the link below for more information on them!

"According to Dr. Forbes, because of the widespread nature of the winds in a derecho, the impact is somewhat like that of a landfalling hurricane, and affects a much greater area than most tornadoes. The extensive swath of downed trees and power lines causes a major cleanup and restoration effort that takes days to weeks and often requires relief workers to come in from other states to aid in these efforts."

It's all a plot by the NMRA to prevent you from racing once per year.
