Project 01 Cobra has begun

Well the supercharger is off the car and the beginning of the turbo project has begun, we will hopefully be doing twins and if not we will set it up for a single with the twins being able to be added later. We are looking to produce about 650 rwhp on pump gas and at least 850 rwhp with racing gas and added boost, and it will still be a street legal car with AC, full power, factory radio, etc:D . Car will have a flip switch with a street/strip tune and may have a seperate fuel cell for the racing gas. Will post up some pics within the next couple weeks.

Well we decided to go with twin 57mm turbos so it spools a little quicker, still looking to make about 850rwhp. Also going with moser 33 spline axles, spool, 3:55 gears and also going to brace the rear so it should be able to handle the new power. I'm hoping when the car is done to have a high 9 second street car. Suspension will be the biggest issue as the car will have plenty of power to be in the 9's. Can't wait to see what it does at the track and what it will do on a roll when I get a fast car to pull up next to me, should be fun when the turbos spool up
