I am told that my flywheel and flexplate and clutch and trans will work on a 03 Aviator motor, and the stock K-member is just fine, is this true? Thanks.

yep... as far as i know they are just taller, just like a 351w is taller than a 302..

So its pretty much a drop in and tune? He has the Cobra intake and matched the ports. Would I need a newer ECU because my 98 GT isn't coil on plug? Or would I just run my coil packs? What would you charge to drop the engine in?

you could just run it with the coil packs, but you are gonna need 5.4 headers and a fe other little things i would guess..

Sounds to me he has headers and catted mid-pipe and Cobra intake and everything except an ECM which he says I can use the one I have. Would you or Mike do the swap? I know some special things come up so a swap could be from any price but do you guys have a rough estimate if I have all the parts?

He said aviator which is a 4.6. I think you are mistaking it for a navagator 5.4.

Yeah its a 4.6 just its for a good deal and its supposedly low mile so I would have a little 60hp-ish increase and have a fresh engine to start from unlike my old 115.2k SOHC.
