Has anyone ever dyed door panels? I have opal gray and need titanium. The map pocket would be a PITA, but I could take them off my power door panels so they wouldn't need dyed. I can also switch the arm rest padding off the power door arm rest so that shouldn't be an issue either. The last time I tried to dye interior parts was about 1983 and it was so horrible I haven't tried it since.
i told you it can be done with no issues. the guys with the ssp restos do it all the time.
just order the correct dye color and make sure its for vinyl.
as far as mappockts, i'd just remove the old ones and delete them since your cars more of a race car.
if you have to have them, CJ pony parts sells new ones for $99 a pair.
the armrest pads are different also from manual to power door.
I know you said that. I just want a few opinions. I will probably keep the map pockets on the car. Mine are nice, so I don't see the point in buying new ones. That sucks about the armrest pads. I guess they are longer. They sure look close.
