On Fox news a NH senator stated the Dems embedded HR 45: Blair Holt's Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2009 is in the stimulus bill and will be passed and Chairman Mao will sign it into law Tuesday!
Step 1 complete in disarming America...

Unless it is written in other than HR45, it's not possible. Put up a link of it in the bill.

There is no talk of this being apart of the bill on the gun forums I go to, if it was true they would be buzzing.

Yup...this was NOT added to the stimulus package- there were rumors that Pelosi and Co. were going to try to get this crap appended to the stimulus bill, but it never happened. HR 45 is currently "dead in committee" with zero co-sponsors.

Still, it wouldn't be a bad idea to write to your Senators and Congresspeople advising them of your strong opposition to this proposed legislation on the grounds that it's utterly unconsitutional.

Representative Itse (N.H.) said on Glenn Beck Thursday that HR 45 was rolled into the stimulus package. I sat there a watched him state that, The bill was in a PDF format so you can't word search.

I hope he was misspoken, but he said no one was aloud in committee wile they were adding all the pet projects & Pork and the bills they couldn't push through.

Do you agree every word in that bill is law when signed by Chairman Husein is law?

I hope he's wrong but he's (Representative Itse (N.H.)there and were not.

Looks like they were watching the same Beck show.
