    cam question???

    whats the difference between this cam from comp cams site...$340

    i think this has a 218/226 112 lsa

    im procharged, going for stage 3 heads,already have stage 3 manifolds,42lb injectors 05gt maf 255lph intank pump, t-5 with 3.55 gears

    Its impossible to say the actual difference between the twp without knowing the valve timing events of the one listed on supersix motorsports website, its probably almost the same as the comp standard grind just with a few more degrees of intake opening before tdc to help fill the cylinder under boost...impossible to say with out the cam card to look at the valve events. its pretty much like Andersons "custom" cams made for them by erson, off the shelf cams sold to anderson then called "custom". id go with the cheaper one and spend the extra 70$ on a psi higher blower pulley.

    Could also try asking over on Hardcore5.0 Few guys there make cams for a living and can explain those better.
