A Ruger 10/22 is so cheap to begin with why buy a used one? I got mine on sale at Dick's Sporting Goods for under $180 out the door. Of course, then I spent over $300 for the upgraded stock kit to turn it into this:

Look at a Taurus PT145. A buddy of mine who is a member on here picked one up and I can say it shoots real nice, plus it's a .45 which is perfect for home defense. Brand new I think it was $405 out the door at Ace Sporting Goods in Washington, PA.

I don't have 1st hand experience but I've heard the new ones are really cheaply made. Bad finish on the receiver, plastic parts that were once metal etc. and the price is now over $200 even for the basic carbine. I plan on refinishing the receiver and replacing the stock, barrel and internals anyway so if I can pick up a used one for around $100 it would be a lot better.A Ruger 10/22 is so cheap to begin with why buy a used one? Those Plinker kits are so cool! I almost bought one a while back with Cabela points but they stopped selling it????

for sure! The quality of the kit is top notch. I mainly purchased it becaust the barrel is already threaded 1/2"-28 thread, so I can just remove the fake suppressor that comes with the kit and screw on my real one.
Kel-tec probably? my guess john.. i have a kel-tec .32auto and a kel-tec .380auto ...i carry my .380 everyday...nice and small i bought the .380 brand new for i believe $270-280?

How many rounds can you fire with this??
High points are another hold like 9 rounds of 9mm and go from 180-220 a piece.

I saw a guy selling some tec-9's and 25 autos out of the back of his regal the otherday down in Larimer...im sure they were cheap...i can swing by there tomorrow and see if he has anything left..LOL
