PM Bill, Howmuch on here. That is his old car and his buddy has it now. He could fill you in on the car.

Yea i know the guy, he don't know much about cars but he's alright. He just bought a GTO and lost his job so selling the Mustang

If you dont me asking who is billl....there is another one on there too... but i want a daily driver and not some basket case but for 2,500 cant be that bad,..... right?

what about this... one... but as a daily driver?.... what im tryn to do is find something worth the wild under 10gs... esp for this summer... this year i put 5k miles on my cobra.. and it was my first mustang... and now i would prob sleep w one ... if it was more realistic... and i want a daily driver thats kick ass...

Send him an email telling him you'll give him $1700 cash and you'll pick it up in 4 days. See what he says. Bet he counteroffers with $2100. Even then theres not alot on it to warrant $2500 with paint issues???? You'll have another $1000 into fixing the paint.

well thats true... but the paint issue im not to worried about bc i get any personal paint from ppg so thats not it .... the tranny and other stupid crap like that... its just hard to find a good repair shop in the south hills and not to pay a gosh darn arm and a leg

He needs the loot, so 1500 cash WILL take this car,,, it needs work, but there is 800 in exhaust, long tubes and Mac catback, its worth $1500 all day long,,,, I paid 300 for the hood at carlisle last year!!! Go buy it

vibration could be a simple fix.. loose driveshaft bolts,harmonic balancer,u-joint, then the other bigger things like tranny,input shaft,rearend...

hech even if you got it for 1500 that seems like a good deal.

Heck, if I had the cash I'd buy it!! I'd like to get something like that to play with but my girlfriend and I are looking to buy an almost new Fusion. So there goes my getting another toy for now.:(

fusions i believe there goood cars ... but i wouldnt get a 4 cyl. my parents got one last summer and they love it ... ive driven it like 3 times... and it lacks horse power for sure. big car lil motor.. not so good lol

But thanks guys...ill have to look into it some more... but like ive said b4 i dont know much about the 86 5.0s to know if there are any problems w them... lol im prob being a puss though haha.

My parents just bought a new one yesterday, it's loaded to the 9's including the 6, and the black chrome package, it looks sweet! I haven't driven it but I will soon. The one we're looking at has the 6 in it as well.

Does the car have any bondo or rust issues? Do you know if it is the original paint? Is the interior decent? Seems like a good deal, I wish I was closer.

I had my eye on that car. It has some sort of small sentimental value to me because I was supposed to have an 86 GT just like that in the same condition for my first car but the owner couldn't come up with the title so I bought mine. I had a whole list of mods for that car before I even looked at it. I love the faded paint and the faded trim, looks so SEXY.
