This is our 9th year doing it and we only got rained on twice, hopefully we'll continue to be blessed with good weather.

    Hope to see you.

well, just checked weather.com and it's not looking to good for tomorrow. Say 80% chance of rain with it getting more steady as the day goes on. I was really looking forward to the little trip to come to the show, but as it looks right now doesn't look like we will making it.

Sorry to hear that. I can't say that I blame you, you're a good way off, and to get stuck in rain would make for a lousy trip. Our local forcast is showing it to be stalled south of us, that's how it was today. It was rain free all day, hopefully it'll be the same tomarrow.

    --------------------Update!!------------------------------

As everyone knows the weather is crazy to say the least. We are hoping to still put it on, and we have a back up plan for those who do decide to venture out. Hopefully it will be nice like it was today and we get a good turn out. The only thing I can say for sure is call before you decide to come, I believe it's my brother in law's cell phone number on the flier. (first page here) Or call the fire dept. at- 724-583-7171

that's kind of how the weather was here today. they called for rain, got cloudy for a while, but ended up pretty nice. I just got done cleaning the car. who know's, I might venture out anyway. I would check back here in the morning to see how the weather is, but we would probably be leaving about 7am.

We're planning on going to the fire hall around 7:30. If you are planning on leaving around 7:00 call my mom's house, 724-583-8190. I'd hate for you to try it only to run into rain. If you decide to wait to leave a little later the fire hall's number is listed above. I defenately think you should call first with the weather being so ify.

Ok all, Woke up this morning, it's raining! And it's looking like rain most of the day. We're still going up to the fire hall to see what happens, if we still get like 25-50 we're going to do a top 10 participant judging, down size the chineese auction, and reschedual. If we get 75 cars and up, I guess we're going to go with it. I thought we should just call it off but like I said, we're going to go up and see what happens.

Well everyone, we had a ton of calls and a few brave souls ventured out. It rained most of the show, but concidering the weather we had a descent turnout. We had 38 cars! We usually average 100-150 cars but concidering..... We decided to do just a top 10 participant's choice, and only used 20 items for the chineese auction. The kitchen was still open, there was hamburgs, hot dogs, hot sausage, and cabage and noodles, it was very good!
We have decided to reschedual June 28, this will be rain or shine, so hopefully it'll be nice!! As it comes close I'll start posting reminders.

They made it, they brought the stang out. We also had another couple from the area come out, they have I believe it's a 65 comet cyclone. nice people as well. All in all it went well, alot of die hards out there. The Dukes even brought their Avalanch out, Joe just had back surgury thursday. I'd still be laid up in bed.

Yeah I know what you mean. And you should have brought your truck, do you know Chuck, I think he's from claysville, I could be wrong, but he has the yellow mustang, a sweet orange mach one and a new vette. Well he brought his truck down, entered it and enjoyed day with us.

I have seen the yellow mustang for sure, and possibly the orange mach...but I have never met him in person.

I'll plan on coming down no matter the weather in June. Are Bill and Sheryle coming back down again? They seem to be pretty close with Nick and Terri so I would assume so...I'll be sure to tag along with them!

So what are you all doing this weekend? Anything decent worth going too!

Yeah they said they'll be back, they've gotten close with the whole family now, they've even been comming to family functions now. Chuck's the same way. So make sure you come down next time, you'll enjoy yourself!

As for this weekend nothing that I can think of, but june is looking pretty good for shows. One is in Point Marion which is close for us a buddy of mine puts it on and it's a really nice show as well. I'll post the date when it gets closer.
