maybe something like this?

this is about in my price range too
those are very small and made for somthing like a airbrush etc. you need a bigger one for a air ratchet gun etc.
You need somting like this.. its what i have and works plenty fine. it kicks on alot if you take off wheels or somting like that. i paid abour 300 for it. i wouldnt go smaller than 26 gal
You'll need at least 90 psi to run the air tool at. Even mines not enough sometimes. Although I need to upgrade my hose too. If you get this tank get a bigger hose and better gun. They give you very weak stuff and it won't taked off lug nuts.

that 26 gallon is as small as i would go.. i have one like that 26 gallon in my race trailer and i hate it becuase its to small and come on every time i use a gun or something like that... but it small and easy to take anywhere, and its only 110V so i can use it just about anywhere..
2015 A6 Mustang GT that so far has gone 9.48@147 but still the fastest prochargerd S550 in the world aside from Tim Essick's!

I would go with this at least. Air tools can drain the tank pretty quick.
I have this same 33 right now and my dad has a 26. For the little price difference the 33 is WAY nicer.
def gonna be holding off on this then, thanks for the input guys
ive actually been looking around also, just something to do small jobs and portable. i found a 3hp, 21 gallon at harbor freight for 199.99 and it works great with airtools, it's an upright with wheels.
here it is
