Head/Fog Lights

Hey guys. I'm looking to replace my Head and Fog lights. Can anyone help me out with what factory headlights and these extra dark looking smoked ones look light on your rides. Also the smoked fog lights. I see there is a film that goes over the headlights. What does that look like installed?

dont buy the film, just buy some smoker headlights and fogs, make sure u seal them with some clear sealant

I wanna order the extra dark ones. Are they legal u think? Whats up with sealing them? they are sealed from the factory?

I'm pretty sure they're legal, as far as sealing them, its not big deal, Ijust sealed my new headlights and fogs today, you just run a bead of clear sealant around where the lense and housing meet to keep moisture out, they come sealed, but from first hand experience you need to reseal them, I did both headlights and both fogs with one tube of rtv clear silicone adhesive

why would you want extra dark headlights?

I just got some real dark headlights, didnt put them in yet, but they look so mean on the cars.

maybe eventually. for now just regular bulbs.

Be careful with those tinted headlights if you are going with regular bulbs. The light output is terrible and when the high beams are on they look like factory lows.

hi and low beams and fogs for 70 bucks? or is that just lows and fogs?

Yeah that would be 70 just for the lows and you would lose your high-beams. I have that same slim ballast kit and couldn't be happier with it.

i have hid hi n lows.. LOVEM on high when those d**ks are in trucks with 4 foglights on and highbeams.... HIDS on highbeam will puttem in the ditch lol
