I have looked at them, what was of interest in his is how the tab on the alternator itself changed the angle of the rod adjuster. I have mine done now with a rigid bracket, but will make one like that next time I'm playing around. I've got some goofy angles (among other things goofy).

Few more updates, I think I'm done welding for a while.
Well Weldcraft told me when I bought their kit , that I would be able to run tailpipes, they were right, some people told me I would never be able make this happen...

Went with these mufflers from StainlessWorks, we actually had the pleasure of hearing these and it's cool. They remind ya of what came on old Camaros.

We have been fooling around with powder coating, and it has been pretty nice, so we got some engine parts done and we were able to match our accent color of the car exactly, the bottom wrench.

We are going to try casewell plating's turbo-x coating on all the hot stuff. There's lots of pipes...

No, we've had it since 2002, It has some nice peices that we had done by Ron Robart@ Fox Lake, NA, though. Alot of fun to drive, although it doesn't get driven alot. it has 20K original miles, and all the stock components to put it back to stock.

We got the door panels back and are very happy with them, they still have a stock feel, but match the seats better.

We were able to score a super deal on these Ford Racing "Z heads"

Got all of the hot side coated in TurboX, and all the rest powder coated, even messed around with some black chrome, and did a few items that way. this powdercoating could be addicting.

Next up is assembling the motor, seems like we're getting closer.

Yea, this powdercoating thing is pretty cool. We are limited on size by our oven, although that might be changing too. So far things have turned out looking really nice, and we have tested for durability as well. we have a couple of sandblaster units, that's key. There is so much you could do with it. our plan was for a non-bling motor, so this seemed to be a good way to go. Would like to do some wheels.

We wanted to make the 79 tailights LED sequential, that was kinda why we picked em up. We hunted around online and found this company North west Mustangs LLC, and they make light setups for classic mustangs. We took a chance after looking at pics and decided that the 68-69 ones might work, lucky for us they do, and what a slick setup.

have a few more peices to powdercoat, in between doing some stuff for others, as word has got out. We will be doing some solar rain chrome ( a very black chrome look)tommorow, intake parts and rims for someone, we'll post some pics. Redoing a new set of valve covers,as the stock ones don't fit.
