It's a pretty easy drive now that RT22 is almost done. Is it worth the drive up from PGH?

Well here's what happened last year. I'll keep you updated as we hear more about this year since it's so early.

-We planned for 50 cars, and ended up with a little over 100.

-DelGrosso's provided a sauce package for the 50 we were expecting, so this year, obviously we will plan for at least 100. DelGrosso's makes spaghetti sauce so that's a nice little box to take away, on top of the other door prizes we give out.

-Plus, DelGrosso's gave ride passes to any child in attendance with a car being shown. If you're there as a spectator, no pass. Registered car = pass(es). My 2 kids loved it!

We're hoping all this happens again this year. It's some of the benefits of having it at their location.

There's a miniature golf course next door to the show, and a go-kart track if the 4 hours of looking at cars is not exciting enough ;)

So.. yeah, I think it's worth the drive down. It is an easy drive too. You guys should get a group together :)

I hear you I went to St. Francis back in the early 90's what a nightmare! But now RT22/99 is SO MUCH BETTER! They finally connected 99 straight threw to St. College both ways, which reduces my bi-weekly drive up there by about 15-20 minutes!

You are in State College often? I'm only half hour from there, we will have to meet up some time

People that don't travel that stretch of road do not realize how easy it is.

I came through Pittsburgh last August and was surprised how smooth the drive was. I was home before I knew it and didnt seem to pass some of the things I remembered. It was much nicer!

BTW- I saw you on Friday driving through the Sheetz parking lot in Duncansville at the Meadow's intersection. I was getting gas in my cobra.
