I run cats. Have run with offroad pipe before and didn't like it. Car IMO sounds better with cats and ran plenty quick down track with them. I've also used a Pro Chamber before and had it off and sold in a week.

It's very difficult to get the car inspected unless you have classic plates (don't need emmisions). Leave them on (saves the environment too).

Classic Plates Means No Tailpipe Test But Still Needs To Pass A Visual. Obd 2 Cars No Visual But If Inspector Sees No Cats It Will Bring Problems. Just Run At Your Own Risk There Are Potential Fines For Removing Them.
