How did you guys get caught in this trap? This thread has been started and argued about since before Al Gore invented the internet.

Why cause you didn't create it? or is it cause no one likes you?
Regardless i think the Ls based motors are a power to reckon with when built.
Same could be said for the cobra motors. Like several have said its all in what you like to look at. Either one is a power house in its own. I personaly just don't like the looks of them at this point. I thik the S197 body style is very nice just dunno if i would like driving one. i liked my 04 a helluva lot.

agreed 100%... like i already said, i think the GT motor is going to have plenty of potential as well... if looking for the cheapest route to have a quick car, he can mod the one he already has... not going to take some outrageous amount of work to make a 3v smoke a new camaro, as i've heard the 3v's respond to mods very well!

Bish, you missed the mark on a number of your posts. Sorry they decided to leave the trans am to rot in it's grave, those must be some hard feelings judging by your tone. It will be kinda funny if the terminator ends up being faster than the camaro coming out after two body styles of mustangs have come and gone in the mean time.
And to answer your pm, I was going to sell the cobra back to the guy I bought it from in hopes of buying an srt10 viper. It fell through, as the guy found out he knocked his girlfriend up. I'm keeping the cobra and I'm downsizing my plans for it to save some money
I won't have a chance to get on a computer for a few days so try not to bash me too much :)
where did i miss my mark? then again, maybe its better to not start it up again, but i didn't miss a thing....
and sorry to burst your bubble, but on the contrary, I have no bitter feelings at all..... If I've said it once, i've said it a million times - I don't like the new camaro... and didn't like the artist reditions of the Firebird when they rumored that it might come back..... I'm actually quite glad that they left it out of this generation of "retro" cars..... but it is typical for forum folks to assume that i'm bitter, just b/c I don't leghump the new shelby's....

sorry but ford powerplants just suck in general. i like the car itself but i would have to be an alcoholic to work on them everyday. do i liek the camaro? not really i think GM missed the boat pricing them too high for an avg enthusiast. but the GM powerplants do run very well in stock form and very cost effective to gain good bit of HP. my perfect car would be GM mtor and trans in a mustang chassis/rear end.
ok man i thought you were done?
hahaha, i find it quite hilarious that you've made it so personal... to the point where you've even changed your location..... that's pretty patheic
what are you waiting for me for? please, for goodness sake, don't tell me you want me to pick up the soap? ^
