aviator has a 32valve 4.6, with a cast crank, 10.05 compression, single 70ish throttle body, intake has variable runners inside of it, i think it may have slightly smaller cams..
i just swapped the cobra timing cover, valve covers and intake assembly on it and stuck it in... aviator motors are relatively cheap for a running 4valve... i got 1800 in mine and the miles were low
had to scrap the 5.4 idea due to family, the 5.4 i had for test fitting had gone underwater, saltwater no less, and wasnt really salvageable anyway...
