1.) why are there well over 1 million views for this?
2.) if she would've just used the peeler she would've been done quicker than waiting 15 min for it to boil lol

Well, you're supposed to peel the potatoes AFTER you boil them when making potatoe salad. I have no idea why. I have read this in numerous cookbooks and it baffles me. I always peel mine FIRST and then boil them. I don't think it tastes any different. Apparently, the rest of the world has been researching this, too???

Potatoe Salad is one of the only things I'm allowed to make at my house. For some reason, I do that RIGHT and everybody seems to like it. Got me??? So, I was gearing up for some summer partying.

im guessing you've never peeled yourself???? after awhile of using a peeler it gets kinda old and tiresome....

never knew this but ima get the ol lady to try it.
