i guess the first thing you would want to do is pull a socket and see if you have power, try your parking lights im not sure how its wired but they more than likely share the ground with the brake lights

Is Car Manual Or Auto If Its Auto When You Step On The Brake Does It Come Out Of Park. If Not Its The Brake On Off Switch. If Thats The Swith You Replaced Double Check To Make Sure All Your Connections Are Made Correctly Some Just Plug In Some You Rewire. Also You Can Pull Your Tail Lamp Bulbs And Look At Them They Are Dual Filament See If They Are Burned Out. Its Not Common For Both To Burn Out At The Same Time But Not Impossible

I noticed your third doesn't work either. Did you find a fuse for it and put a new one it? Just cuz it looks new doesn't mean its ok. I'd put a new one in just incase. Your hazards do work I think so we know its not your bulbs.

If the 4 ways work your getting power and a good ground back there... so my guess would be its under the dast at the pedel its self... i seen you said that you changed the brake switch at the pedel i would check that the wires arnt pulled out some how from the connector or maybe you got a new but "bad" switch, not uncommon esp. from pep boys or napa..... if its not one of those 2 things then i would probly wana look at a wiring diag. cause scratching your head and looking at wires dont get ya no where! Good luck.

orrrr I know this sounds really stupid but Iv done it myself... you put a new switch in but its set to far back soooo when you step on the brakes you think that its hitting the switch when its really not. Maybe use a helper to check the lights out with ya???? Hope somethin works for ya.
