    4 inch filter

i want to get a filter to put directly on my procharger. i was looking at a couple. theres a HKS one 4 inch filter. its $120!! or should i buy this k&n filter thats 4 inches for $35. my issue is the filter cant be any taller than 4 1/2 inches because it will hit my rad because of where my procharger sits.

since its 8 inches wide im not sure if it will fit on now that i think about it. it might be to wide and hit the charger on the end

    $120 is a big differnece from $35

did you go to K&N's website. They literally have any freaking size you need. Might be $50 if you custom order it, but get exactly what you need.

I forgot Steve's filter was that ugly green color. Between that and the price difference I think k&n would make more sense?

That green one looks like my old dirt bike filter, and it sucked..was made by White Brothers, but I jus didn't like that "mesh" material..

well i just bought the k&n. also got a hks SSQV bov. with a bov it will keep my head unit much cooler and i might see a gain on 5-10 whp (avg. taken from other v6 supercharged on dyno) with the filter since my stuff i have now is very restrictive. hope fully soon ill upgrade my intercooler and reroute the piping so it flows a lot easier
