    Gmkillr's Mexican 347 build

Mexican block 347 built by Woody @ www.Fordstrokers.com
Probe forged SRS 14.2cc dish 4.030 pistons, Probe cnc beam 5.315 connecting rods, and a Cast Steel 3.400 Stroke Crank. ARP main studs, arp oil pump driveshaft, total seal rings & King brgs, Canton 15-620-S oil pan w/ pickup & dipstick.

To top all of this off will be a set of CNC 205 Trickflow heads setup by Jay Allen @ www.CamshaftInnovations.com , and the cnc port work was done by Total Engine Airflow (TEA). Jay Allen set me up w/ a nice Billet TLSR cam. I bought a nice set of Trickflow 1.6 roller rockers 7/16" stud mount, 7/16" rocker arm studs, and 7/16" guideplates. Trick Flow R intake w/ 90mm opening. Comp Cams 838-16 Solid roller link-bar lifters

I'll throw my current Vortech T-trim on it and see what she'll be able to do. Im kinda hoping for 650rwhp or so. Im sure this will get me pretty damn close if I throw 15-20lbs. of boost at it. He'll I made 505 rwhp w/ a stock motor & C.I. cam w/ 14lbs. of boost from my old S-trim. Im currently running 20lbs. w/ the T-trim on my car and will go to the dyno soon to get some new #'s. Im guessing 550-560rwhp. Thats why im building this new motor, cause this stock 110,000 mile longblock -cam isnt going to hold up much longer...
Lets just hope the Mexican can do it w/ some 7000rpm shifts

    Compression ratio: 9.137:1

Accufab 90mm race version throttle body and egr delete spacer

    Polished IAC valve

    TFS valve covers

    TFS R lower intake

    TFS R upper intake

    J/K...

Rich Smith ran his Mexican block to 9200 to 2 years on a 306 N/A that ran mid 9's at 140+

I plan on shifting at 6800 and going through the traps at 7000.

It should live for what i'm doing with it.:)

I bought mine from a corral advertiser named Artsparts.
    www.artsperformanceparts.com
He's a great guy to deal with as i've bought some stuff from him in the past.
I don't think he has them listed on his website so you will have to email him for them.

    Thanks for the compliments!

And as far as the block goes............
I'm not worried about it, if it breaks, then it breaks...........
From what everybody says my current shortblock should have grenaded a loooooong time ago.
