Talked to Dave @ Team Z and he reccomended I go with some Mickey Thompson Drag Radials for my set-up.

I may be able to help some if you do the DR/stick thing, but the bias-ply ET Streets are more forgiving.
Dave is very helpful in working with you to get his stuff to work
Let me know on the Summit trip too.

You should run a better ET with the DR if the setup works right plus you get better stability. The only thing I worry about with the DR is getting them to work good all the time and I personally think they are harder on parts. You get a little more bragging rights with a DR

im so confused, i have pretty much the same combo as u had before and with the t trim maxed out 800hp isnt going to happen. i have talked to bob kurgan and brian mitchell and neither of them has made 800 with a t trim. im just curious as to what u were gonna do that was so different that u were gonna be making these miracle numbers out of yours. i understand vortech hp ratings on the blower are 825 but those are also calculations at the flywheel and based off max cfms of the blower??? if you have any info as to what u were doing different than that of what these other guys are id love to know your secret cause i will be finishing up my project here in the next month.

That 347 would have easily made 420+ rwhp now add a T-Trim that is spinning a few thousand rpm over max and you would have atleast 15 psi
at 14.7 psi you double your N/A power which put me in the 800 rwhp ballpark.
No I never got the combo tuned on the dyno before I sold it and started on this new combo but I was very confident that I would have been at or near the 800 rwhp ballpark. The combo was built to all match together via heads, cam, and intake w/ the blower. Maybe it would have made less....maybe more, we'll never know as the engine is sitting in my garage in a crate waiting to be shipped to the new owner. To be truthful, I would have been happy with anything over 700 rwhp which im sure would have been no problem.

"i have a customer in NMCA Street Race that runs a t-trim and makes over 800rwhp through a powerglide and has run 156mph at 3250lbs.."

This is a post from Bob Kurgan himself. Heres the corral thread link, so im not sure what you are talking about.
