    What Clutch?

    Hey guys im going to buy a clutch here in the next month or two, what kind of clutch do you guys like the most. I was thinking about the Ram powergrip.
    1997 Mustang GT- Sold
    MGW short shifter, Ford Racing 3.73s, JLT ram air intake, mach 1 chin spoiler, Off-road H pipe, Magnaflow Magnapacks, SCT X3 tuner, Full PI swap, steeda underdrive pulleys, 75mm throttle body, professional

    1999 Mustang Gt- On3performance 70mm single turbo, SCT ba2400 mass air meter, upr tubular k frame, upr front coil overs, 42lb injectors, walbro 255, kenne bell bap, pro 5.0 short shifter, 3.73 gears, Modular Head Shop stage 1 cams, SCT X3 tuner. Waiting on dyno tune!

    ive heard alot of good things about ram, even tho i went with a dual friction centerforce

    well what car is it for? and how much power is it making? if its the one in your sig i suggest a ram...they make some good clutches for the money i have an HDX on my 87 and i like it so far

    spec 2+ or 3 if u want a real clutch...

    i dont know about you ebo but im about due for a clutch and im going ram..i had ram's in my 1992 lx and my 1993 gt..and they were great.

    i currently have a Ram HD in my 89 and i like it a lot... but i have driven cars with the spec 2s and 3s and those are nice also..
    1989 GT Vert. stock 302 bottom end with ported gt-40 303's, 1.6rr, trick flow street intake, 24lb, b-303 cam, cobra aluminum rad, anderson powerpipe, 76mm c&l, bbk equal lengths, o/r h pipe, 2 chamber flows, 3.73's, 4pt roll bar, full msd ignition, steeda tri-ax, custom sct chip and tune. 265 rwhp/ 279 rwtq

    spec ftl! centerforce and ram are decent. centerforce is a little better but more expensive

    I had a spec 3+ in my car..... couldn't ask for a better clutch that had great driveability, NO chatter at all, and could hold a TON of power......

    I have used nothing but the Spec 2 on both mustangs I have had and currently the 2+. Both streetable and easy to drive and hold very good at track.
