Your car should have a 3650 in it not a t-45.

Something like this would work. And it has a little something extra attached to the front of it.

Apparently all stock or rebuilt 3650s break. Good luck finding someone to work on them. D&D Performance (http://www.ddperformance.com/) and Hanlon Motorsports (http://www.hanlonmotorsports.com/)
(two reputable nationwide manual tranny dealers) don't even mention the 3650 on their websites. T-5, TKO 500, 600, 3550 and T-56. That's it. They must be some scarry sumbitches to work on.

I suggest you look for a used TKO500 or T-56.

Not exactly sure yet. He was pounding on it and now it wont go into second. Only sometimes. The fork probably isnt broke as it does sometimes shift. I am leaning towards a toasted slider or shift pad inserts not allowing full engagement of the 1-2 slider.

Or get the upgraded components and have wick do it.

Are you still running the stock shifter on your 3650? If so that could be part of your problem right there, that along with driver error.

Put a cobra 6 spd in it hehe. Like I said jp, I ran the shit outa mine and they might be hit or miss with the strength. I nitrous fed mine on a wot switch and would dump the clutch around 48-5200 at the track. Never had any issues. I had a steeda tri-ax shifter and put the heavy duty trans mount in the car as well.

Well, mine isn't so bad that I've started making phone calls. I never spoke with Hanlon, but if you check out their site, there is NO mention of the 3650 anywhere???

I was just making an assumption, I guess.

Buy the Viper-Spec T-56 that Burntire has for sale on here. If you're planning on keeping the car, that tranny should last you forever. :)
