dunno.. i heard problems about higher mileage cobras.. doubt it had a very easy life

And as for high mileage cobra's being not good. As like anything else as long as it was taken care of I don't think you have much to worry about. There is one in the club with well over 100k with a whipple and still posts up very strong compression numbers.
That price is a bit high for those miles. I wouldn't worry much about the miles, just get someone on the job that knows mod motors and you know what to do if it blows.
