If the compression weren't so high and it was built for boost from the factory I imagine it would do just fine. Today's engines can handle a lot from the factory, just check out what can be accomplished with a 4g63 with only upgraded head studs. I guess I should mention the 2jz, as it is pretty much the benchmark when it comes to boost.
Lots of "IFs" in there huh. Throw in some imagination and that's how ricers are born ;) Seriously though, a divorced deck block isnt handling high boost.
I hope that was a serve to use this.............

The K20Z3 was never meant to handle boost. SI's have always been, by tradition, a high revving, high compression, N/A car.
There are a ton of people running turbo kits on them though with no issues.
Jper, how's it feel to actually have a good handling car? You should check out 8thcivic.com sometime. There is a lot of good people and information on that site.

They did make both 4 door and 2 door. Mine was a coupe but if I was to do it all over again I would have done the 4 door. They are only like 80lbs heavier and they have better weight distribution then the coupes.
