99 gt won't start! any ideas?

Ok here's what happened......I was driving the car home from work with my new tune from Jon Lund on it and everything was running great. As I turned into my neighborhood and got on the throttle the tires started to break free and I shifted to second......I pushed in the clutch and the car stalled. As I tried to start the car it would just turn over but not fire. I ran my scan tool on the car and the code said (ignition/dist system malfunction) I do not have the code number cause I was in a hurry and erased the codes to see if the car would fire so I could get it home. Of course the car did not fire so I towed it home and contacted Jon Lund. He figured that one of the COPs malfunctioned and caused the ingnition fuse to blow. Well Yesterday I pulled every fuse I could find in the car and they were all good. Now I'm stumped and don't want to keep bothering Mr Lund.

-Can anyone point me in the next direction I should head in narrowing down the problem.

-Has anyone ever had this problem?

Any help would be appreciated. I'm trying to get it back up and running before the next tuning day at wolfpack.

    Thanks

Not sure whether it's not getting spark or fuel yet. Gonna check that this week. How do I check the cam or crank for signal? My guess is that it's not getting spark.

Did you check out that steeda timing adjuster to see if it was set at the stock setting? Is that sensor still in place and tight? Tim mentioned about crank signal, not sure if that's where it gets it or not. wondering if it may have jared loose from

I will bet that the crank falls out of the bottom and the tape weights come loose from the brake calipers.http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19161

Do you run any sort of tach driver on the car? Like the Ford unit. I know if the wires from the timing pickup touch each other in any way car will just crank and not fire. I had that happen on mine when the connectors used opened up and the bare wires touched each other. Easy to over look.

    It's fixed!!!!

Thanks to all who have given their $.02. Last night John (wicked400ex) and I decided to start trouble shooting the car. Did the usual checks and were getting ready to flash the car back to stock tune when John decided to fiddle with the crank position sensor and as soon as he touched it the wire fell off. To the naked eye this seemed to be connected but actually was not. Once he plugged it in the car was ready to fire. Needless to say I secured the plug so that this doesn't occur again. Once again thanks to all who tried to help especially wicked400ex!
