I've been divorced twice, I went through a bunch of crap with them both,(I have a kid to each), but I never had to deal either of them damaging my property. I was threatened, they were going to pay someone to beat me up, but my attorney at the time sent them a letter saying anyone touches me or anything happens to me, they'd be in deep sh*t! There's sooo much more, and that's just the first one! I'd so much rather have someone come after me than my property! People are such COWARDS today!!

BREAKING NEWS(lol)..

I went down to Night court yesterday after work like the last post stated, and I had a hearing to get a PFA against her this morning..They would not grant one because I was not harmed nor was threatened..What a bunch of bullshit..Once the lady started babbling I told her that if she wasn't able to help me, just say so..and she said so, and I walked out and didn't waste anymore time. My gram called on my way home, and she stated that the Officer who responded yesterday, was going to subpoena my neighbor who saw him driving away, and get a statement from him. The police will be going after her boyfriend for this, and I WANT HIM to pay for the paint job, not my insurance company. So, Hopefully by the end of the day I'll know more, and this faggot will get what's comin' to him..What a joke, cause look who's laughin now, and got a free paint job!!! hahahaha..

More news: My neighbor saw the car(Malibu) of her new "boyfriend" pulling in here around 2-230 last night. His car is about to get repossessed (lol) and checks out the window all the time, gladly he seen headlights and checked it out..hes a cop for another district in the area, and he knows quite a bit about cars..So I'm gonna' try to get a written statement saying he saw the car, or just get him to go to court with me when this goes again, which won't be but a few weeks..

I went down to the Allegheny County night courtand filed for a PFA against her tonight, and I went in front of a judge. Wouldn't let me have one against her boyfriend, but I got a court hearing tomorrow morning to see if it will stick against my EX..not sure how much it's gonna' help though..and I'm taking all my pics with me, so that will be some ammo..Plus her myspace page still has a buncha pics of me n her on it as her default, so hopefully they'll put this whore in jail for something at least....But we shall find out tomorrow.

I'll post more up about the car when I know more, and after tomorrow if I don't go to jail
