    04 overheating

Got my car out for the 1st time this spring and it overheated just by driving across town, it was coming out the overflow... car is an 04 with only 1700 miles. are there any common problems with these? i thought maybe the theromstat was stuck? obviously i dont really drive it, but this has never happened before. let me know what you think...

yeah man I would start at the thermostat. If it sits as much as I think it does by the mileage the thermostat could easily be stuck. And since they are only a couple dollars your not out that much to put one in.

Sounds like a t-stat but you need to see if it's leaking out of the tank before or after it overheats
