RYAN, did you ever do anything with the maf plug? i remember the connector was broke on it and i used to check to make sure it didnt slide off every once in a while. Was wondering if you put a new one on/ and if you soldered the connections together

just the clip portion that snaps onto the maf sensor was broken

you know, now i remember, i fixed that when i took the supercharger off and got a different maf sensor. Might want to check my solders though and make sure one didnt pull apart

I had the same problem with idle and stalling when stopped. 2 things were my problem, I bought everything computer, wiring harness, maf meter off the same guy. Well in the main harness the maf wires were not pined into the plug that plugs into the computer. Pinned those in and still had problems. I bought a mass air meter for 24lb injectors from summit, problem solved. I have an 87 mustang gt with trickflow top end kit converted to maf and 24lb injectors. Summit's return policy is good so order it, try it, if that isn't the problem and can return it. Thats what I was going to do but it turned out to be my issue. Hope that helps you.

well i resoldered the joints for the mass air harness and they are on real nice now. i also cleaned my mass air meter and the car ran A LOT better but still surged everyonce and a while and died one time... i really think its the mass air meter now. ill be buying a new one shortly.
any suggestions? pro-m or pmass? anything else?
