At what RPM should I see boost ?

I finally finished my A trim install. Got the serpentine belt issue solved with an ASP AC delete and used a 90.5" belt. Everything is working well.
My question is, at what RPM should I start seeing boost ? I took the car for it's first test drive. It was around 4-5 o'clock so there was a lot of traffic. I got into it a little bit but only saw 1-2 # of boost. This was around 2800-3000 RPM.
Will max boost only occur if my foot is to the floor ? This is my first boosted car, so I really didn't know what to expect.

Put your foot to the floor and open that TB

centrifugals dont make tons of boost till you spin the engine high..

yes it takes wot and some rpm too

you will see a bit of boost at part throttle possibly, but normally you won't see your max boost until peak RPM and WOT
