If you are thinking about replacing the tranny I would recommend getting rid of the 2.66 1st gear that came in the cobras. If you have to have a 6 speed the gt500 trannys have a 2.97 but a better choice would be a tko with a 3.27. The extra gear would really help get the car moving and lower E.T.'S.
