WTB: 03-04 cobra firewall plastic

Hey guy! I am not sure what the black plastic on the firewall is called (it run the width) but I am looking for a new one since I removed my snow performance strut tower brace. Yep the original was cut for the brace to mount to the firewall. If you have one in show car quality let me know.

I think that is part of the cowl...I think it is all one piece butt i could be wrong.

I had the cowl off (Pulled the wiper arms first) to get the strut tower brace off so its two pieces. the two are held together with the little plastic push screws. Now the question is do I need to order them both as a kit or can I just get the lower half. If I have to get them both then its going to cost more than its worth.
