They treaded on me !!!

I'm going to post it here and everywhere I can. I know it's a clothing company, but they got me jacked off. I guess it started after the April 15th TEA (Taxed Enough Already) Party in Greensburg. I saw someone with a big yellow Gadsden (yeah, that's the name of it. I did some research) Flag. It says, "Don't tread on me" with the rattlesnake. I looked that shit up when I got home and I won't bore you with that. I decide I'm going to order a couple T-shirts with that basic flag design. So, I ordered 2 of them from this company: www.DTOMUSA.com (looks the same as the one above, but entirely different and treated us spectacular). I gave one to my cousin and one to my old man.

THEN, I run across www.dtom.com. Check the site out. It's pretty cool, right? AND, I gotta have the fancy nancy shit for me so I order one for me and Wifey.

I won't run on anymore, I'll just post my email from today. I finally got the shirts after 4 weeks of emails, phone calls and threatening to stop payment on my credit card. What else can I do to these fookers? Can I file something with the Better Business Bureau in their area or what? I'm glad they are in California or I would have driven there already with a trunk full of C4.

Dear Stafani, Luke or whoever runs that place,

I received my order today. After 4 weeks, 10 unanswered emails and a phone number that replies with: Call back later. This voice mailbox is full.

Your company might have a small niche carved out of the market with a few "specialty" T-shirts, but they are not nice enough to forgive you for the poor communication and inaccurate shipping information. I guess "free shipping" means 4 weeks from California?

I will NOT refer you to any of my friends. If the ask, I'll tell them I got the shirt from Wal-Mart.

Thanks for gouging me with your overpriced T-shirts, making me wait 4 weeks for my merchandise AND not communicating or giving my obvious concerns any effort whatsoever.

hahahaha so I did "try" to stop payment on my credit card. They screwed around for a few days telling me I needed to send them more info. In the midst of those few days is when the package arrives. Pretty convenient, I know. Well, I did the right thing and called the cc company and put a stop on my "stop payment". They're screwing around again for a couple more days and then, I get this email from DTOM.COM:

Hi Mr. XXXXXXX,

Our records show your order was shipped and delivered to you. Please cancel the dispute you made with your credit card.

Apparently, you've decided to ignore my email from 5/26. I acknowledged that my package was delivered along with a glaring review of your wonderful company.

Tim, I've already cancelled the "dispute I made" with my credit card. I will pay for items that I've received. You will get your money. At least, I see that the credit card snooping around with your bank got your attention.

Maybe, you should check with Stefani or Luke or whoever actually answers those emails (maybe it's you, I don't know) and see why they didn't respond to the 5 emails I sent expressing my concerns about the merchandise.

Or, maybe you should fix your phone system so that you are, at least able to receive messages. GOD forbid, I know you weren't going to call me back, but having the ability to leave a message would have calmed me down for a few more days.

Tim, just in case your company has two emails and more than one idiot works there, I will attach what I sent on 5/26 so that you may enjoy my feelings also.
