Polished Tanks...

As some of you know, I have been on the hunt for a PFAB intercooler tank for a long while. The first tank I bought, I got burnt from a member on SVTP. He said there was nothing wrong with the tank. When I got the tank, it had a huge gouge in the back of it. Well, about a week later I found another one. This one was in much better shape than the first.

I next then talked to Tony from Mirror Finish Polishing and sent him my PFAB intercooler tank and overflow tank for polishing. I must say he did a awesome job on removing the scratches from the intercooler tank and polishing both of them up. I am hoping to have them back by this weekend. Once I get them back, I will post up some installed pictures.

Sold it on Ebay. I lost a few bucks but at least I recouped some money.

There is no clear coat on the aluminium. It was a extra charge.

look brand new to me. nice.

The coolant overflow tank is new. The intercooler tank is used.

The tanks came in today. When I get home, I would like to see how the scratches came out of the intercooler tank. When I get them istalled, I will post up some pictures.
