Starter/Engine trouble

I am realatively new at this, and I am looking for some insight.

About two weeks ago I fired up my car from the winter, and I was running fine. One night I pulled it into the garage and just like that I couldn't get it to turn over. Today I changed the starter on the car and It still wont turn over. It clicked once or twice but then nothing. I called Autozone and they told me to check the selanoid, but I can't find the damn thing! Where is it located on a 1994 GT with 5.0? What else could be my problem?

Possibly your battery? How longs it been in the car, and have you had it tested at all?..maybe check there.

check your battery connections, and there should be 2 solenoids if i am thinking right, one on the drivers fender and one on the starter.., check those connections as well, i like to take em off and hit them with sand paper then put some die electrical grease on them..
