Well just when i thought it couldnt get any worst in Pitt for the pirates....i was proven wrong again!!! Mclouth...a gold glover...all star....steals bases....hits home runs....ya he dont fit in to the pirates view on minor league caliber players they want to field a team with. Ive been watching the scores lately and keeping up with the pirates and so far this year was impressed with their late inning heroics and competivness. Well now i dont blame the rest of the team if they through in the towel just because upper management isnt making wise decisions. I know one player dont make or break a team...but the attitude of one player can be cancer or an enlightment and Mclouth was a stand up guy who kept his roots and didnt get the big league persona or attitude! Im very pissed off at this move...and i was going to call for tickets tommorrow to try n go see the indians vs pirates game....which i think i still will because the city of pitt is like no other but we'll c what the ticket office has to say when i ask for a discount on the tickets because of stupid GM trades!!!!! They need to fire Neil Huntington and especially for quotes like this :
“Nate is a quality player and person,” Huntington said. “But as we have said several times, tough decisions will need to be made as we build and sustain a championship-caliber organization. Nate has worked as hard as any player to become a starting major league player, proving wrong anyone who may have doubted him.
Build and sustain a championship-caliber organization....thats the biggest line of BS ive read in a long time!!! Well im thinkin the bucco's end up 22games back of first place and attendance races towards an all time low...great job buccos. that money upper managment is really earning their money....hey maybe they can take a pay cut and they can use that money to buy a good player!!!!! LMAO...
