    hello

    hey just found this site from mustangforums.com lookin forward to coming on some local cruises, i just got my second mustang a couple months ago, its a 99 gt convertible... hope to get in on the action soon

    just curious, how did you break the rod? high miles, high rpms, pre-detonation?

    I seen your other thread about it. Tim Rodeheaver has worked on my '01 GT and a few other peep's cars on this site. He does good work if you're looking for a rebuild or someone to put a new shortblock in for you.

    I bought the car off a nice old lady that only put 8k mile on the car in the last 5 years, however I guess she forgot about the oil changes, I was thinking about getting it done by tim or mike but I'm in college and the budgets tight so I'm just gonna swap out the shortblock myself, if I can find one that is, closest one I found was in Philly
