If they are not very close to the same shade as your car, I think they will not look good. This is the reason why I doubt I'll ever do yellow seats in mine, if the shades are different they clash and do not look right. Now, if you could do a seat that was mainly black with just a few parts yellow I think you could pull it off better even if it wasn't an exact match.
