    Question Internet selling advice...

Back in the beginning of April, I sold an MG on Egay. I specifically listed that the car must be paid for and picked up within 10 days after the auction. I also stated that the the car would only be sold in the US. To make a long story short, the car is still in PA. The guy paid me right away, and told me he lives in Austrailia but his buddy in North Carolina would pick up the car for him. Since he paid me in full, I was understanding that it might take him a few extra days to arrange pick up. Well here we are, almost July and I still got the car. All communication has been done through email so I have all documentation... Any advice on what I should do? I don't want to be a dick, but I'm losing my patience. If he wouldn't of paid me, it wouldnt be an issue...however I'm paid in full. what do i do????

My advice is that he broke the contract by not picking up the car in a set amount of time so feel free to sell the car again.

sounds kinda ify to me... almost like those spam replys with the check they send you and there friend will pickup the item.

send him an email stating that he needs to get intouch with you with one week(incase its legit and he's busy man) about getting car removed. tell him the car will be sold again with x amount of days if he doesnt remove it.

call a lawyer... not ask people on internet lol. find out your legal options, possibly even have an attorney send them a letter with his options before car is resold at his loss.

well i have already sent an email to the buyer stating that if the car is not removed by july 31st, all documentation will be turned over to my lawyer and ebay. just thought i'd ask some people on here if they ever had any similar situations...
