    Terrible. First off, I as many of you have seen some horribly riced out "muscle cars". Second the guy with the hat on sideways, pants sagging down etc is just what American youth is anymore. Sad doesn't describe it.

    yea any car can be riced out. It just depends on the driver. I don't know if anyone has seen it but at the north huntington car cruise, there is sometimes an incredibly riced camaro. Its black i think with white primer ground effects and fake hood scoop. It also has a ton of green neon.

I was shocked yesterday when I went to get my cell replaced a lil riced out cobalt pulled over after I parked my truck...hat on sideways white tank top some kind of gold shit hanging around his neck and he was asking about my truck. The lift on it etc. As he pulled away I walked back over and made sure it was locked lol.
