4.3 mile 85 IROC-Z

I saw the video. NO IROCs came with a carb. Its either a '84 Z28 with IROC stickers or for whatever reason someone put a carb on a brand new car??

Rereading what Mater wrote, I dug a little deeper, its an '85 Z28 with IROC stickers on it.
