Every Fox should get a brake upgrade. It should be mandatory, LOL.
Like you, I've been kicking around the idea of buying a new Mustang and selling my Fox. I was considering an 09-10. After a lot of thought, I decided I loved my LX too much to sell it and I'd be kicking myself in the arse forever if I did.
Mine is loud, has steep gears, and some other things that occasionally wear on my nerves. The thing I realized is that those same things are what I absolutely love about it after not driving it for a while.
