Here a short story about my luck. I have a tree that is used to divide the property lines and I noticed that it had dead branches in it. Not wanting the thing to fall and cause any damage I get a hold of the landlord and tell him about it. Well the first time I didn’t get a call back so I went to see him and almost had to drag in to see the tree. So what do you think he says "I don’t see a problem". Then about a month later a branch fell down and hit my truck. That Mfer told me to turn it into my insurance.

I hope you have better luck than I did but my damage was only small dents. Just enough to tick me off.

The insurance company has been okay to deal with so far. No money yet, but they don't seem to be fighting it.

Thats good news! I have had dealing that were less than easy with insurance companies. I told one on the phone..."Ok so you are giving me a hard time about getting me money to fix an issue that is covered. So when was the last time I gave you a hard time about getting money from me."

The truck is fine but the landlord is still a . I got even! I filled his mailbox with expanding foam. lol
