    New Pictures

    I haven't thrown up any pictures of my bike since the day i brought it home over a year ago... made lots of changes since that day, so i thought i'd throw up some pics...

    2004 Yamaha YZF-R1
    -Micron Serpent race headers / carbon fiber canisters
    -PowerCommander III
    -smog delete, engine ice, and random other little things
    *note to all the sportbike guys out there - I would fully suggest trying out the tires i have (Continential ContiSport Attack) - they are the best tires I have had on either of my bikes... the sidewall is endless and grip incredible.... E.G., I had a set of Michelin PilotPower 2CT tires, which are very popular... wore the things to the very edge of the tire on both the rear AND the front... plus I felt they were kinda slippery when you started to really lean them... I never found a Bridgestone i could even tolerate... Pirelli Diablo's are pretty good, but these Continental's are my favorite tires since the Dunlop D208's - which i quit buying because they'd wear out in about 1200-1300 miles... I'm leaning the bike even further with these tires, and the things still have plenty of lean left on the front tire... I've worn the rear to the very edge, and i must say how impressed i am at how planted it feels at full lean...very confidence inspiring... I'd say give 'em a shot next time you're in need of a set of tires!!

    LOOK AT THEM CHICKEN STRIPS!!! makes me want to go to dairy queen and get a basket.. I told ya you were a poser today.. hahaha JK JK JK JK

    Actually where did you get your micron system? I want the micron system for my bike so bad but i cant find it any where.. And when we going to meet up on both bikes and trade off for a bit. lol

    Thanks for the heads up on the tires. i def need to get a new set on my bike.. I dont like my pirellis at all. They are almost like an off road tire. lol

    but seriously, i don't get to ride it as much as i want.... just too many hobbies ... i don't get to do any of them as much as i want... so i do my best to balance them... my job doesn't help me much with that tho..

    Definitely wanna meet up and do some riding tho... on both the street bikes and the dirtbikes.... gotta get fork seals in the MX machine first tho!


    I got the exhaust on R1-forum.com.... guy had bought a new Duc 1098 and had the full system sitting in his garage... i got a KILLER deal on it...

    sweet bike bish


    i have a buddy that bent his plate up like that and he got pulled over for it. they made him bend it back down so it was visable to everyone.

    haha.... yes, i'm very surprised I haven't been busted for that yet, but i've had my plate like that on both bikes i've owned.... apparently its visable enough to keep me from getting in trouble.... I think the biggest issue the police would have with it is that there isn't a light on it.... but o welll.......

    nah... u just gotta get her out a little bit..... when you don't ride much you loose some rythm and confidence...

    unfortunately, it doens't help much that the majority of my miles are with my girlfriend on the back...

    We've been talking about it but nothing ever gets done... let get out this weekend of th weather is nice??
