awd turbo 237 crank hp
twin clutch but no peddle with paddle shifters
its not as fast as the neon was stock but very fun to drive and bout the same gas milage. cant wait for it to snow now!

aftermarket is getting started its new this year. detuned version of the evo x motor and the turbo is different. but for 500 bucks you can get a boost pill and a tune and bump you up 50 pony's and the suspention is not as good as the evo but better than the lancer. the drive train is from the evo9 i believe too.

there is already a ralliart running around with an evo x turbo and manifold so i imagine after a year or two there will be some mean ralliarts running around.
suppost to run mid to low 14's in the 1\4

nice! I bet you'll be able to pick up some evo x turbo swaps pretty easy as they get older. I wonder if the evo viii, or even better, the ix turbo would bolt up?

idk if they will bolt up. i know if i want the x i have to change exhaust mani's and oil and coolant lines cause of the twin scroll turbo mani is different from the single scroll that is on there now. but the tranny is the weak link in these twin clutch trannys. after 300 or so the clutches cant hold. im sure there is an upgrade for that but i dont plan on making 300 whp anyway. ill prolly just do the pill and tune and keep it all stock and quiet for a nice dd sleeper.

ah, I forgot they were twin scrolls! doh! but I agree with you for sure on just pill/tune, its already plenty quick for a daily but that should make it pretty lively and ya definitely wanna keep it simple on a DD!

with the pill and tune it should be a little faster than the neon when it was stock. my only problem with the car is from a dig there is hesitation. alot of hesitation for full throttle. i am on another forum trying to see if anyone can change some peramiters with a flash tuner to fix that. i bet it would drop almost a full sec at the track
